Why do dairy products bug you anyway?

I could go on and on with scientific mumbo-jumbo on what’s wrong with our bodies, but a lot of other websites cover it in better detail. If I wanted to detail it for you, I’d probably just end up stealing it from these worthy sites and become a plagiarist in your eyes, thus eliminating the little credibility I have.

Suffice it to say, us lactose-intolerant folk have a hard time digesting lactose that’s present in dairy products. If we do it, we end up with crummy symptoms like gas, bloating, diarrhea, and/or discomfort.

A lot more lactose-intolerant people are out there than they care to admit. Some people are either too ashamed to admit or don’t realize it. Hopefully, I can help these poor deluded souls.

But before you get the wrong idea, this website is not a substitute for a doctor’s care. If you think you may be lactose-intolerant, make sure you visit your physician before you attempt any lifestyle changes.
