Driving in a aged truck blaring a rendition of "The Entertainer" at above ambient noise levels.
Rowdy teenagers "yelling obscenities and trying to tip your truck over".
Blamed for poor nutrition and noise pollution to creating traffic hazards and attracting pedophiles.

Cities across the nation have taken stands against ice cream trucks:
Officials in Hamilton, N.Y. banned all ice cream vendors from playing amplified jingles. Violators face a steep fine and up to 15 days in jail.
The Dallas suburb of University Park banned mobile ice cream vendors after a 6-year old treat seaker was seriously injured by a passing car last year.
In Houston, 375 ice cream trucks were barred from selling in school zones during class hours, amid fears that children were running into traffic in pursuit of the icy treats.
Citing the need to stop "unsavory people" from selling ice cream to children, Las Vegas officials have pushed for mandatory background checks for vendors. And it's prostitution legal in this state????
