Servo Arms
All arms are CNC machined from 2024-T3 Alcad aluminum. We use only stainless steel screws and aluminum nylok nuts. All arms come complete and assembled ready to install. Normal servo arms can come up to 10 degrees off center. It seems no two servos and arms line up the same. The situation doesn't get any better when those two servos are joined by a y-harness. Makes it harder to get rid of binding on multiple servo setups. This can be very devastating with digital servos. By rotating our center every 90 degrees (4 hole pattern)you can change angle by a few degrees. Also you can easily drill 4 new holes to align arms. |
