What you will see here is a report prepared by Sheppard Engineering. Sheppard is the engineer that Pulte hired back in 1994. I had made numerous complaints about the framing of the house. I had already talked to my attorney by this time. On Pulte's request, we delayed a meeting at my attorney's office so Pulte could have this engineer go over the house. If you have not seen the pictures or any of the Kalfas Constructions reports or estimates, you should do so first. That way you can get the full effect of why I feel this report is so important.

Please note that in the first paragraph on page 1, the engineer mentions that he discussed for over an hour, my 16 page drawings. I do not who he talked to, but it was not me. I was not home on the day this engineer came over. My wife was home and said very little if anything to this gentleman. I have to assume that he talked to the people at Pulte Homes. Note the names of the people present at the inspection.. Dan Bridle is the president of North Coast Building. This is the company that framed my house. Look at the letters from North Coast Building. There is a little bit of a discrepancy between the letter sent to my house and the one sent to Pulte Homes project manager John Molyneaux.

As you can see by Pulte's engineer, there is absolutly nothing wrong with my house!
