These are the hand made maps that I made for Pulte Homes back in 1994. This was prior to the warranty expiration date. I made these because one of Pulte's arguments about incomplete work was that they could not find the problems. Out of both frustration and sarcasm, I handed these over. Please not that I have now typed in the items on the map. I had to do this because I am no longer in possession of the originals. When I scanned the copies, the hand written text became hard to read. I did rewrite the wording exactly as was on the original. There are a few instances where the copy had some writing off of the page, in those cases I had to try my best to establish what was originally written. I assure you however that the vast majority of the complaints listed are written as they appeared on the originals.

It must be noted that at the time I made these maps, I was not fully aware of the framing issues with the house. I had some ideas but not to the full extent of the problems.

Due to the size of these documents, they had to be made into thumbnails. You will have to click on each one individually to view. Hit your browser "back" button to return to the page.
