I had this engineer look at my home after I became totally exasperated by Pulte's denials of problems and lack of satisfaction. The idea was to hand this to Pulte for them to see. I had hopes that they would finally agree that I was aware of the full extent of the problems. When I tried to hand this to the project manager, Joe Murphy, he refused to take it or even look at it. He threw it down on the table and went on to say that Pulte would no longer make any further repairs to my home. This was the last conversation I had with Pulte Homes. Shortly after that, I contacted my attorney.
