This
is a list of stocks that I put together based on 12 years of trading
experience in the NASDAQ stocks. I was very tired by chasing all the
stocks on
NASDAQ
in past years every day .So I decided to trim my list to 200 or so stocks
only for day tardes and swing trades .So I can
save time by checking
charts
and news for only just 200 NASDAQ stocks not all 7000+ NASDAQ and NYSE
.That way I knew every day what was recent news on them or are
they near break
out in charts so I can get in at right time for long positions. I don't
like to short any individual stock other then holder like SMH BBH QQQ,
DIA SPY.
Most
of NASDAQ stocks were lower then $3 or very low volume or if volume was
good and price was higher then $3 then most of them moved too slow to get
me exited
to trade in them.I wanted the stocks that had ability to gain
12%+ in one day.

I stared to do
DAILY SCANS to find what stocks gained 12% in single day with min 500k
volume and min price of $3.I started to add those stocks in to a list.
Every
3 months I would see what stocks had more entries in that list. I would
then add stocks that had 3 or more entries to a new list that I call
STOCKS WITH BALLS LIST.
By
doing so I knew when these stocks that are in STOCKS WITH BALLS LIST will
break out chance is they will GAIN BIG like in past min 12% in single day
gainers.
For
example How many times IBM gained 12%+ in one day. May be 1 or two at
max. But now check how many time PMCS gained 12% times in 12 past months
8 times.
So
for me PMCS is a stock a STOCK WITH THE BALLS that can gain very big when
break out of trading range .I kept eye on volume gains /charts/and news
to get ready for
break
out on just 200 very strong gainers STOCKS WITH BALLS list.10 or more of
those will have volume rise and about to break out on any given day
before open .This why
I
knew with ones to look out today for break outs.
I would then add all stocks that gain 12% three times or more in past 90
days to this list. And I was taking out all the stocks those ave daily volume fell under 500k or price
fell under $3 and tried to limit the list to
200 or under. found out latter by doing so I had 90%+ stocks that gained
12% or more in ONE DAY were already in my stocks with
balls list
every day. Also noted what sector is hot or getting hot. And what stocks
get hot first WHEN A SECTOR IS hot. EXAMPLE ^XBD hot meant AMTD will be
leader
.^BTK hot mean GENE ARIA NGEN will be
Leading gains ^NWX hot mean JNPR will gain big too.^SOXX
hot mean ^PMCS,VTSS,RMBS,BRCM will lead in gain.

These are
the rules I use ???
Rules for Day
trades only,
At time of
your buy for long side
trades stock must be above open for day trade for me it always
help to make trade a winner. For short must be under open price.
For long day
trade If gap up I must wait
MINIMUM 20 + minutes after open and go long only
if still trading above open if not don't even think about long. A short
will be better choice for day trade if trading under open on huge gap up.
For day
trades only use 5 min candle charts with 5ma and 10ma along with volume
at price indicators. Must use SURE BUY SELL Method
list on this page but use 5 min charts not hourly. At time of
purchase long Both 5ma and 10 ma must be up and stock must be above open
and last top must be cut very recently . If not
wait for chart to shape up for you. Do a day
trade based on this rule and you chances winning the trade will be above
80%.
I do shorts
for Day trade only any stock but not for overnight
holdings. For overnight holding
I only short QQQ,SMH,BBH.SPY,DIA or stock I have very very good knowledge about past moves etc.

support and resistance along with price

How to read charts and indicators?.

Its
hard to explain and understand these methods and other indicators
. These methods are Used by me for help to other indicators. Like I l use daily charts MACD , FAST STO ,RSI along
with price at volume indicator to see
where are true supports and resistance points and if stock is over
bought or over sold on MACD+FAST STO+RSI. Fast buy/sell method is one
that can be used regardless to what other indicators are saying. I give
that one priority. But why not work little hard and find one stock
that is not very over bought on FAST STO +RSI before we even go long on
fast buy signal. It is always best to make sure chart is ok in other
indicators then final indicator should be FAST BUY SELL. I don't care
about Fundamental DATA too much but if you
can find a stock that has good Bal Sheet too. That will help you
more for a long side of trade.
1min,5min
,30min ,daily and Hourly charts from OCT 2002 Nasdaq Reversal with 5 ma
and 10ma indicators were used by me to find what period works best
.1min 5min hourly or daily ?.I studied 350+ charts .These hourly charts
were great help. Hourly charts were the best for swing trades.5min charts
worked better for day trades. For very
long term investments like for months or years I must use Daily charts
and use SURE BUY method. With hourly charts you are not too late to get
in long and not too false buy/ sell signals either. Personally I use
combination of hourly charts and 5min charts for even day trades. And
think hourly charts work better for day trades too. For swing trades I
use hourly charts.
FAST BUY SELL
METHODS
No fast long
buys if stock is still in SURE SELL
method mode for me unless very very oversold on
RSI and STO indicators on daily chart. If I want to take chance for interday trade only
I must sell long before NASDAQ close. No fast sell short if stock
is still in SURE BUY method mode for me unless very very
oersold on RSI and STO indicators on daily chart . If you want take chance only do it interday basis too .Must cover before close.
At my long
buy point your stocks both 5ma and 10ma
must have a crossover from down to up. At time of long side actual trade both 5ma and 10ma in hourly chart
must be still up. In this method I must sell stock if both 5ma and 10ma had a down crossover AFTER my
buy. But I am not allowed to short sell stock only exception
is stock is very very over sold in RSI and STO
indicators in a daily chart. (Do sell short only after SURE SELL
SIGNAL is given by chart ) if the stock is still in SURE BUY mode
as described on this web page.If I still want
to take chance and sell short to take advantage of all down crossovers
too. Then I will say do it on inter day bases only.
I l buy stocks for long trades right away on ALL
up crossovers like --( MACD )--for 5ma and 10ma when it
happened in hourly charts .Don't worry about volume level or past
good news or expected good news .Disregard what you are reading,
listening or watching on CNBC .This method will only work because it
tells me what is going on right now at that moment with my
stock. Not what will be good or bad soon .
Why Co's that
have good news but stock still falls hard.And
Co's yhat
have bad news stock still rises .why?. This indicator tells me when to sell when to buy a
stock regard elss of news
earnings projections . It works over 80% times. But make sure both 5ma
and 10ma just had up cross over and
are still up at my trade time. And 5ma has started to pull away
from 10ma.More strong move up for 5ma more chance to make money and more
momentum stock will have to up side. Now I will
do total opposite for all sell shorts .Both 5ma and 10ma just
had down crossover and must be pointing down at trade time . Either one
MA down is not acceptable for sell or
short sell.
If very very very strong news comes
in then I will have a gap up or down. No
one can predict that with any indicator. This indicator will not work in
that situation. But don't go long or short in Gap up
in pre market trading hours. I MUST Wait for open and let
stock take a direction up or down .Give it 15 to 30 min to find out what
direction stock will move most of the day. If after 30min of trading from
open stock still trading above open then go long this trade will make
me money .If stock is lower then open after 15 -30 min after
trading opened on Gap up I go short with stop set at open price.
I must cover my short sells if stocks start to trade
above open any time -NO IFs here ACT FAST and
cover short sell--(-no matter how big gap up is)---- or I will be
extremely sorry for rest of the day.
. This method
I call FAST BUY SELL
is more risky bet then SURE BUY and
only 80% to 85% accurate. .More chance to make more money
with more risk. If you have balls and time to stay in front of your
trading desk then use this FAST BUY/SELL method.
For ANY Long trades try to buy stocks that are STILL
TRADING ABOVE OPEN PRICE at your long buy trade time and have
been trading above yesterday low. Don't try to catch a falling knife that
has fallen badly. Most likely
falling stock has more chance to fall then rising stock that
is still above open. Do the reverse for shorts. Sell short ANY
stocks that are STILL TRADING UNDER OPEN PRICE at your sell short trade
entry time.
.Do not sell until both 5ma and 10ma are clearly pointing
down. Don't panic if news is bad or stock is lower as long as both or
either one 5ma or 10ma in hourly chart is up. But if they did turn down
both of them at same time. YOU MUST SELL AND TAKE A LOSS. Your loss will be very minimum if you react
fast. But if stocks BOTH MAs turn up
again right after your sell buy it right back. Its better to be safe then
sorry .You may have to pay small commissions for your
mistaken trade but if you were right to sell , it will save
you from big loss. Very rarely stocks will move up and down too much ( Only when Nasdaq or stocks are trading in very tight
range that will happen ).
LONG ONLY WHEN IN THIS CHART ( to get a different stock change symbol in
your explorer address bar) YELLOW LINE+BLUE ARE BOTH
JUST TURNED UP. SELL WHEN BOTH
YELLOW+ BLUE ARE CLEARLY DOWN. CHOSE FEW HIGH VOL STOCK. KEEP
DOING IT LIKE A ENERGIZER BUNNY AND MONEY WILL KEEP ADDING UP IN YOUR ACCOUNT .
DON'T GO
AGAINST 5MA AND 10MA SELL WHEN THEY GO AGAINST YOU. DON'T THINK THIS SHOULD HAPPEN THAT SHOULD HAPPEN .
MOST PEOPLE ARE SELLING OR BUYING THIS STOCK NOT WHAT MOST PEOPLE THINK
SHOULD HAPPEN TO STOCK. DISREGARD HOW GOOD NEWS IS ABOUT THE STOCK IN
PAST OR TODAY IF STOCK 5MA AND 10MA BOTH ARE TURNING DOWN AGAINST
YOUR LONG THEN SELL AND WAIT FOR THEM TO TURN UP TO GO LONG AGAIN.
DON'T THINK HOW BAD OR GOOD THEIR EPS IS .

BUT/SELL METHOD I USE,
This methods
woks 85% to 95% with high Beta stocks . But 90%
to 95% accurate for slow mover very big stocks like QQQ DAI SPY IBM
DELL INTC MSFT
In
this method you may not be able to buy at each absolute bottom and may
not be able to sell at each top but most likely you will not lose money
if you stick to this method.If you do lose you
will be surprised how low you loss is. This method is more then 95%
accurate with QQQ , SMH ,BBH ,DIA or other heavy
volume but slow mover stocks. It works like magic. Try this method on ANY
big volume slow mover stock in hourly chart and tell me if I am wrong.
Go long when
last top (of 10 MA line not Price of stock )
of hourly 10ma is cut first time.( Most recent top is higher
then last top after stock has just reversed the down trend in
hourly chart). Only get in within first
day or two after last top on 10ma line was cut. Both
5ma and 10ma must be up too when you go long. If stock is lower then
yesterday high its ok. But it should be above
yesterday's low at your purchase time.
Sell each
time both 5ma and 10 ma have a down
crossover and at time of your sell both ma must clearly point down
too. After you sell DON'T ATTEMPT TO SHORT SELL IF STOCK IS IN SURE BUY
MODE.
SURE BUY
WILL trun into SURE SELL OR SHORT SELL ( ? ) when
10ma line has clearly cut last bottom of 10ma line NOT the stock
current price in a hourly chart. At time of sell both 5ma and 10ma must
also point downward. Try this method on any stock of your choice here or here .
YELLOW LINE
MUST CUT LAST TOP FIRST TIME FOR YOU TO GO LONG. BOTH 5MA AND 10MA MUST
BE UP TOO AT YOUR LONG PURCHASE TIME. USE THIS CHART ( to get a different stock change symbol in
your explorer address bar). TO TRY
ANY STOCK. MUST SELL WHEN YELLOW LINE CUT LAST BOTTOM FIRST
TIME .BOTH 5MA AND 10MA MUST BE DOWN TOO
AT SELL TIME. ( DON'T SELL WHEN ONLY BOTH
5MA/10MA ARE DOWN IN THIS METHOD .LAST BOTTOM OF 10MA --YELLOW LINE
-- IN HOURLY CHART MUST BE CUT TOO BY YELLOW LINE FOR A
GOOD SELL ).
In this
method you will have to wait for good entry point too. If it has been a
while when last top was cut. Forget about this stock go for another stock
that fits in this method.

escape my eyes if it has 300K volume 12% day gain :) . All the 12%
gain stocks show up on my list. I then look what sector that had most 12% gainers that showed up on my list.
That tips me what sector is currently getting money. Daily scan also
tells me Very short term direction for Nasdaq 1
to-5 days very accurately.
To find Nasdaq direction for next day. I look mostly for
volume changes. TRIN ,VIX ,STOHOSTIC,MACD reading from daily charts of Nasdaq NASDAQ 52 WEEK
NEW HI LOW,
# of stocks
on my GAINERS and LOOSER Scans also very helpful
in telling me what is going to happen in Nasdaq
next day.

When my scan is done its look like this after
entering data from above steps. I make a new portfolio in yahoo finance
naming it (entire scan line ) every day .In that new portfolio I enter
stocks that gained 12% today with more then 500k volume and are above $3
today. Within few days if any stock stands
out in this 12% scan again I will look why ?.What sector it is in ?.How many other stocks are from this sector up today. That is how I find BEFORE every one else get the news what
sector is starting to lead and what stock is started to lead. Just look
at 12% gainer scan every day and check what sector has more stocks in
scan then the other sectors. That is the sector where you want to be next
day too. If Nasdaq starts to fall that sector
will fall less then other weaker sectors.

I look for any big volume change for Nasdaq .Also what is % difference in sectors in last
5 days what sector is up more then others. Trin
(arms) tells me if we are very over bought .50 .Also if Trin 1.50 or
more NASD very oversold for very short term. RSI also if lower then 30 its very over sold 20 or lower
mean buy very very oversold. Both 5ma and 10ma
turn up buy long positions. Both 5ma and 10ma for
Nasdaq are down trending go short on
holders.

good to look for 1-3 Days Nasdaq

this hourly chart .Get ready
to short sell .Top is very near.2-4 weeks Nasdaq
will fall and then start a new up leg.

) if under 7 Nasdaq just turn down trend in this
hourly chart tells me
Its just profit taking nothing more Nasadq will
rise withen 2-3 days again and start up trend
again.

Time for bottom is very close. Get ready to go long for 2-3 weeks plays

bear market start .If Volume is above 1.5 and NASDAQ is in
down trend in this hourly chart go short.
If NASDAQ volume is above 1.8 and NASDAQ
is in up trend that just started in this hourly chart
go long for long 2 to 4 weeks.
