How To: Setup a new area (perfect square), Fill area with black, Put some white text in the area, Duplicate the text layer, Hide the new text layer,
Merge the old text layer to the black background, Rotate this merged layer 90 degrees CW, Stylize (Wind) 2x each direction, Rotate 90 degrees CCW, Stylize (Wind)
1x each direction, Distort (Ripple), Add Hue/Saturation, Unhide other text layer, Load selection, Contract by 1 or 2 pixels, Fill area with black, Deselect,

Most everything you see on this site has been created by myself using Textpad or Photoshop.
I got the code for the weather channel tool from Weather.com and I made the flash gallery tool with Adobe Photoshop CS2.
