Day 4 - Cleaning and Rebuilding
The day began with lots of meticulous cleaning of the block and pistons.
Reassembly Begins!
With the help of a friend (many thanks Bill) the heads are installed and the headers put in place. After a few trials we were able to fit the headers in next to the heads with out having to take more of the exhaust system apart.
The header bolts are a pain to install and tighten. They're not all in yet and one will need to be modified to fit.
