Day 2 - The Work Continues
The alternator, air pump and bracket are removed and coolant hoses diconnected.
The lower intake manifold is off. Regular engine maintenance does pay off.
Note the lack of oil sludge in the engine valley.
The right hand head is removed.
Now on to the other side. The left hand header off. I was ready to start
removing the power steering pump and a/c compressor bracket when I
discovered that I may need to pull the pulley off of the power steering pump.
The third mounting bolt is just behind the pump pulley. What were they thinking??
