Please print the Music Edit Form
and fill it out
Please include your phone number so we may call you if we have any questions
about your
instructions
Send the Music Edit Form along with the music you have chosen on your:
CD's/Tapes/Records/Video's, etc.
Please email or call us to let us know you have a project on the way to
us.
Once we receive your music, we will then edit your music according to your
instructions on
the Music Edit Form
We will then send you back your finished product (with your CD's/Tapes/Records/Video's,
etc.)
along with our bill
It's just that simple!
