Some known and inferred facts:

Christ Lovachy and Pando Lovachoff (AKA Peter Staseff) are brothers. We believe that the father's name is Stasso Lovachoff.  The marriage license of Peter Staseff states his father's name is Steve and mother is Mary Dinkova.

Christ Lovachy arrived in the US as Stavron Anastassion Lovatsin, but changed his name to Lovachy.  We believe the name Stavron Lovatsin was taken due to the Hellenization of Macedonia, and on arrival into the US he changed his name back.

Christ Lovachy's wife is Stamena (maiden name coming).  It is believed that they came to the US through Canada; there are records (and anecdotal evidence) of the family travelling to Toronto on a regular basis.

Peter Staseff arrived in the US as Pando Staseff Lovachoff.  It is believed that Pando changed his name to appease the Polish family of the woman he married.  The name on the marriage license is Peter Staseff; however the name change became official at his naturalization in 1941.

Peter Staseff married to Stephania Lukasik in 1930.  Polish, not Bulgarian, was spoken in the Staseff household assumed again to be due to the influence of the Lukasik family.  Peter and Stephanie are the maternal grandparents of Andrea.
