- Cook until onions are translucent.
Add beef and potatoes& dry wine, Cook down til there is no wine left (dry).
- Make pastie dough (any will do).
- Make pastie squares and fill with meat and potato filling.
- Bake at 350o F for 20 -30 min until brown.
- Make a sauce in the same pan that the meat and the potatoes were
in. Add 1/2 cup beef stock and 3 tbsp wine.
Cook down a little bring to a simmer, add corn starch or arrowroot.
Thicken till sauce coats the back of a spoon.
