Netscape 6.0 Email Configuration

If you are setting up your Netscape mail for the first time click here.
If you are updating your current settings read the instructions below.

Open Netscape Mail
Click on the "Edit" menu, then click on "Mail/News Account Settings"
In the categories on the left, click on the account name.
Enter you new WOW email address in the Account Name field
Enter you first and last name in the Your Name: field
Click OK

 


Click on the Server category.
Click the Delete button.
Now click on New Account.
Click on the Outgoing (SMTP) Server category.




In the Server Name: field, type smtp.mail.wowway.com if
your using a wowway.com email address or smtp.mail.wideopenwest.com
if your using a wideopenwest.com address.
Click on the OK button
