wow.announcements Designed for Official WideOpenWest customer announcements. wow.support Designed for customers to exchange information, tips and support on WideOpenWest services. WideOpenWest customers are free to exchange advice with one another, but please exercise discretion when receiving technical information from other Newsgroup participants who are not WideOpenWest support technicians.
